Affiliate marketing is a growing industry online for people who wish to earn money online. With online businesses reaching out through affiliate marketing, there are many opportunities available for bloggers and other people to earn money passively.
Since there are a lot of affiliate marketing platforms out there that promise big returns, it can be hard to pick the best one from the list. To help you out, here are our recommendations for the best affiliate marketing platforms that you can try out:

AWIN
AWIN or Affiliate Window is one of the earliest affiliate marketing programs available and still in use today. It currently has 1,600 brands in its roster in various industries and helps users get access to affiliate market links from top brands like HP, Etsy and AliExpress.
To be a member of the platform, users have to pay $5, which will be returned to you if you are accepted. The site has a user-friendly platform where you can select the merchants you want to support and get the links you need. There is also a WordPress plug-in and Google Chrome extension available to make it easier to use.

ShareASale
Although it is a part of AWIN, ShareASale is another great affiliate network to try out. The site is partnered with 4,000 merchants and some of them can only be accessed through the platform.
Thanks to its user-friendly interface, users can easily compare the offers they have and pick the best ones to use. The site also comes with a regular payment cycle so long as you are able to keep up a $50 balance or more.
CJ Affiliate
If there is an affiliate marketing platform that you have to try, it has to be CJ Affiliate. It is considered by many as the largest affiliate platform still active today and many retailers are affiliated with the site. Users can even get different link options to match their needs.
CJ Affiliate even provides users with reporting options where they can study how their affiliate marketing strategy is working and where they need to improve on. Payment wise, they have a regular commission paid out every month.

VigLink
For bloggers, VigLink is the best affiliate platform to use. Dynamic links are used in this platform to provide a higher conversion rate for bloggers to use and the platform itself will recommend the right merchants for the blogger to reach out to for their affiliate marketing links.
Affiliates have the option to choose their preferred commission rate and usually this is determined by the merchant. Bloggers can utilise the platform to get links to fit all social media platforms and not have to update links manually since the site does it for them.
Conclusion
Affiliate marketing is here to stay and if you want this to be a stable passive income, you should be in the platform that will help you in every step of the way. With these platforms above, you can definitely be reassured that your passive income will thrive even as the industry grows.

Kally, my friend, I LOVE the way you reach out to help others. Awesome!
Can’t say that I truly grasp what your sharing; though I vaguely recall a POST you did some time back explaining it. (I’m kinda short, so that too went over my head.”
But a question comes to mind: can some one belong (be connected too) Only One platform; or, are multiples a possibility?
God Bless and thanks for the ungoing contributions your making for the world!

Thank you, Patrick. Yes, you can sign up on multiple platforms to be on their affiliate list.
In short, you promote their products on your website and if someone buys them by clicking on the link on your website, you get commission. Its like sales but your website do the selling.

Thanks for this, Kally. So which platform have you chosen? I am always uncertain whether to go that route because I don’t want my blog to be crowded with a million ads all the time because it stresses me out. However, I don’t want to miss the opportunity to create some passive income so it’s a conundrum for me as to what to do. As a result, I’ve not done anything. Is there one that’s better than the other for not inundating my website? When I read an article on say, the Huffington Post, and the pop ups are zinging all around it almost makes me twitchy! Okay, that’s an overstatement, but you know what I mean. This constant demand for my attention has impeded my ability to focus because even when ads are coming at me I will stop every 15 minutes or so and “check my phone.” Any suggestions for someone like me who would like to step a toe in these waters but is afraid of getting sucked in by the undertow?

Hey Pam, you probably want to try out the tested and true easiest affiliated platform like Amazon. It might not be the best platform to earn a stable income but it is still a good start to dip your toes in before you decided to launch this in a big way. I don’t use any platform for affiliated marketing because I am hosted on wordpress however, I have built a steady stream of passive income with guest posts using my website.

Interesting read. Do you think in the long run, as brand marketing makes a comeback, companies will cut back on affiliates to have better control of the customer’s journey?
LikeLiked by 1 person
Actually, in my opinion, affiliate marketing may even increase as the current economy depends heavily on ecommerce, with everyone staying home and avoiding the malls. Affiliate marketing will be the cheapest form of marketing a company can do.

Hi, My concern is how to find some better and reliable with highly paying affiliate providers . Because some well known affiliate programs are not working in some countries
could you please give me your input on this. Thanks
LikeLiked by 1 person
It depends on where are countries you mentioned that are not working. The well known ones are Amazon and eBay affiliated providers. Besides these two providers, look at your local brands. Many of them have affiliated programs and you’ll be surprised at the smaller companies may have a better pay rate than the huge companies.

Look at structuring your website and building your audience first. Do you want to hunt or be hunted? If you have enough readership in a good niche, you will be invited to join affiliate networks. Otherwise, you can start off with the popular ones like Amazons and eBay affiliate programs.

Kally, thanks for this one. I am not familiar with VigLink, so will give them a look. CJAffiliate is also one that I’ve heard of, but not tried yet, so will give that a go, too! This question may be relevant to other user as well, are there any that you’d particularly avoid, and why?

I haven’t really venture this deep enough to avoid. I’d say just make sure you give everything a trial before committing too deep. What works for others, may not work for you. Have a great day!
