Artificial intelligence (AI) has recently changed how people do things, which usually takes time to complete. Out of all the available AI tools in the market today, ChatGPT has earned much praise because of its capability to make actual conversations with people in real-time.
For business, ChatGPT offers more than just providing users with a way to get real-time responses to questions. It can also add immense value to various aspects of your work, and it is through:
Help with Research
One of the materials used by the creators of ChatGPT to train the tool is the vast online database of articles. These articles guarantee that the AI has a deeper understanding of the subjects it will need to know and provide the correct answers. While the answer to the tool is not entirely accurate, you can use its response to identify topics or trends you can look into. It can also guide you throughout the research once you select a topic to focus on.
Improve Emails
Although everyone uses email nowadays to reach others, not everyone can communicate effectively. ChatGPT can write these emails for you with little effort and automatically adjust its tone and content when you tweak the prompts you use on the chatbot.
Create Programming Codes
For businesses that deal with a lot of programming software or need a simple code for your website, ChatGPT can also help you write or correct codes. If you do not have a background in coding, you can let the chatbot know what you need, and it can produce it for you. If you don’t see an error, you can copy-paste the code and ask the chatbot to correct it for you.
Make Meetings More Efficient
You also don’t need to worry about spending a lot of time sorting out meeting transcripts with the help of ChatGPT. You can provide the chatbot with a copy of your transcript, and it will take a few minutes to give a summary covering everything people need to know. It can even highlight important sections to help readers to expound on.
Improve Schedules
ChatGPT can also help you sort out your schedules without overloading your day. Add the tasks you need to do in the prompt and ask it to arrange your tasks in a timetable in such a way you can complete them flawlessly. You can even put your breaks and other activities outside work to polish the schedule.
Since it is a new AI tool, ChatGPT still has a lot to learn in order for it to become efficient in the prompts it receives each time it is used. If you want to use it for your work, don’t be afraid to experiment to see how to adapt the chatbox to your operations. As you continuously use it, you will discover new ways to use it for your work and ensure that it delivers results.

Sorry Kally But I feel AI is cheating. These things you need to do yourself. That’s what we call experience. 🤣😎🙃

Sorry, Kally, but I cannot Like this blog. When I was in college, we noticed calculators dumbing down the mathematic potential of students (who even knows what a slide rule IS these days?). Then cell phones removed from our memories the 60-100 phone numbers many of us could catalogue in our brains.
AI is simply going to drain the brains of students even more! Already some college papers have been caught, but how many slipped through?
Critical thinking is a skill only some elites are going to be able to use soon, and we are all going to become their pawns.😞
