  2. Technology is good to have, but it is constantly changing. By the time one learns a program, there’s a new program that suppose to be “better” than the one before it. Technology used in (HR) is not perfect either because mistakes are made when processing information for people concerning job applications and the such, but I suppose it will always be this way unless something is created for all of us to learn and understand.
