    Actually, multitasking is a myth. Neurologists claim our brains can ONLY focus on one thing at a time. The appearance of multitasking comes from being able to “switch tracks” very quickly, but as you point out, every time you switch you use more neurons than if you focused on one thing for a longer period of time.😉
