How to Make Sure WFH Employees are Productive

While some agree to do so, others would often request to keep a work-from-home arrangement.   1. I really like the addition of wellness checks-ins as I think this is probably something that gets overlooked a bit in work-from-home situations. This was a really interesting read, I hope more employers facilitate all these ideas.
