Sorry, Kally, but I cannot oblige to “Like” this. “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?” (Jeremiah 17:9)
Thus, I wrote a warning about this in 2016: https://capost2k.wordpress.com/2016/09/25/follow-your-heart-only-if-it-knows-where-it-is-going/. Be careful “following your heart.” Only a heart that follows Jesus knows where it is going; the rest is just psychobabble.

Only the Lord knows what’s in our heart. Our heart is made of flesh just as we are. We cannot follow our heart. We consult with The Father, through Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit will lead us and guide us where we should be, and show us what we should be doing. Our heart and emotions are connected, so when we are in our feelings whether good or bad, we often go with how we are feeling, whether good or bad. We have to ask ourselves what are the consequences of responding to how we feel. When we actually think about it, we know our heart can deceive us, Jesus never will. We all may or may not know what we want to be in life, but we cannot be led by our heart, or intuition because our intuition isn’t always right either. I can truly say that this quote is a conversation starter. I am neutral. I don’t dislike the quote, but I have to agree with Jeremiah 17:9 according to the Word of God. Thanks for sharing. Have a great week.
