   Kally, thanks. You reminded me of a good business book called “Play to your strengths.” Often, we lose sight of why we have been successful. So, while we try to push the envelope, we should not forget our strengths – it may be preparedness, project management, creativity, etc. If we do that, we can push beyond to the next level, not unlike mastering a gaming level.    That tiny tree-frog seems dwarfed by the fingers on which he is sitting! As for Rick Pitino, he was a fantastic coach for the University of Kentucky Wildcats… until he wasn’t. 😏
   But he did have some good advice in his books.
