If you have a shop, and already have an established customer base that frequently comes back, it might be a little less important though.

    I also believe that incorporating the ability to share content on social media is important. People that are browsing your website want some social approval, this could be in the form of comments, reviews, or showing how many shares content got.

    Besides that, I think email marketing is also very important, an email list can help your businesses immensely by reaching your loyal customers directly in the mailbox.
