Very nice sentiment. Despite the advance of political correctness, absolutes in terms of excellence in the pursuit of every human endeavor still reign supreme.

Perfection is achieved through hard and meticulous work. If you do not reach it, it means you have worked little.

Sorry, I disagree. Nobody and nothing is perfect, we shouldn’t strive for it; it will only setting yourself up for disappointment I believe. Do the best you can, considering your abilities and circumstances and embrace your positives AND your limitations. Being real will get you much further…well, in my humble opinion 😉

You don’t have anything to be sorry about, Patty. Everyone is entitled to their opinions in MiddleMe. As for where I stand… I am always applying whatever fits the situation hence no one fixed method or beliefs for me other than to be kind and good to others. However, that being said, I am a born perfectionist! 😝

Thanks dear Kally 🙂
I used to be, but learned that ‘let go’ and ‘go with the flow’ works better for me. However, I must admit, there are still some things I am a perfectionist too, hihi

Oh, I’ve let go some of me as well. Otherwise I won’t be able to survive motherhood. The little diva just won’t let me be the perfectionist. Haha!
