    Just a thought. Success has the possibility to allow the person to become arrogant. I do see people who are very successful committing themselves to being genuine and helping others. I agree with the thought in general!

  6. Failure is the key to trying more ideas for success. Success should bring on humility and the desire for the next level. If your core is for success in others there will not be room for complacency. Or, I think so. Another thought is: If the process of success seems to breed complacent thinking, the success was a minor act. If this is the case, you may have worked too hard to meet the need and spent your reserve for another success. Been there, done that. This is not positive. Great post.
