    Thanks Kally, for sharing the simple truth. WE ARE responsible to do your VERY BEST always. Otherwise your lying to yourself and stealing from your employer.

    We ought not expect promotions and self-respect if we do not endeavor to continually improve both our knowledge and our skills.

    In other words; our futures are largely “in our hands”. Don’t balme others if yournot taking this great advice shared by Kally.
