  1. Sounds to me a bit like Machiavelli: “The ends justify the means.” There are different ways of defining “success,” and different ways of achieving it. Figuring out our survival isn’t too hard. What’s more important is having the time to meta-think. Socrates: “The unexamined life is not worth living.” Roger Waters (Pink Floyd): “Balanced on the biggest wave / You race towards an early grave.”

  2. Confidence comes with faith.

Faith is one of the three Theological Virtues {Faith, Hope & Love}.

Faith in ourselves begins with NOT knowing that we CAN “do it”; BUT knowing that we MUST try to do it.

Never say no to a self-challenge. You cannot disappoint yourself for not accomplishing a goal; but will always do so by not making the attempt.

Thanks and God Bless you Kalley

    1. You’re most welcome over here, Patrick. I’d never say no to a challenge and certainly gear up with whatever life thrown in my path. The only way to be strong is to take life by its horns and try out new things!
