A Leader can be compared to a farmer: both need to have a focus on GROWTH.
Farmers grow crops
Leaders GROW crops of people.
A Farmer uses fertilizer
A Leader uses TRUTH; to self; TRUTH to co-workers and TRUTH to all customers
Different venues call for different things; BUT NOT for a lack of integrity
A Farmer relies on God for watering and sunshine
A Leader needs to rely on God to maintain honesty, corporate reputation & integrity, and LIKE THE FARMER; productivity😃
