I’m not sure that’s true, as President Trump has bankrupted himself three times in his life, and he hasn’t developed a perspective on success at all.
However, I must admit that I have never suffered a failure I did not learn something from. And usually it was to not do that again.
And lastly, it is up to the person failing, to address the issue as you’ve found it. Even Sir Richard Branson says he learns form his mistakes (failures), which makes the successes that much more enjoyable.
Perspectives are a one at a time personal thing. Perhaps we shouldn’t compete.
“When winning is not the objective, then failing is not defeat”. If we’re throwing out quotes.
