goodness, such a good point that ideas can add up but if we do not act on them – sigh – nothing gets done….

Hmmm, ideas are NOT worthless! They are the basis of all action. Good ideas result in good action; bad ideas reap bad actions.
While it is true that an idea not acted on remains only theoretical, that does not nullify that EVERY activity requires an idea to make it work.😉
