We are locked down now, in our state it is only 42 so far, all of them from other countries returned back to India from their business trips. But our country is very strict and locked down entire country. Stay Safe ✨💐
I’m also reading how the poor suffers the most during this lockdown in India and many are walking home on foot to their villages. It’s heartbreaking when I saw a family with young kids walking alongside the quiet road for days.
Yes, it’s true. People died of hunger out there, and this poor decision of government is a luxury only for people that have decent back-up and money. Others are in hell. No clue how they going to survive until April 14th. But good thing is people are coming forward to help their families.
Bad times brings out the worst in people however, it also brings out kindness and generosity in others. It is poor planning and execution by the government that led to the suffering of the poor. I teared when I watch documentaries on how young children are made to walk for miles with their parents and grandparents.
It clearly shows the government inefficiency. It’s very sad to watch all things happening around. Hope things will change for good. Let’s hope for good.

The ability of leader to carry along his team members via proper communication of their common goal is very key. And it helps them all to grow and bond better.
Wise indeed! Thanks for sharing.

Right on Kally,
It’s the good we see and communicate to others that permits them to see the good is us.
Such a relationship builds trust
Trust builds confidence
Confidence builds success
Stay safe my friend,
God Bless,
Patrick

Totally so true. If there is no trust, there wouldn’t be any success. I have seen managers micromanaging their team that it just suffocate everyone.
Hope you are having a wonderful Sunday, Patrick!
