    Thank you, Kally, for this. Management is geared towards accomplishing the objective and delivering the desired output; working on a set of principles. While leadership, adds wisdom on top of the principles to work on the set of actions, is more holistic, is flexible in terms of output, and is more concern on the greater outcome and welfare.
